How Much Does It Cost ?

Every Situation is Different, so Here is how an Estimate and a Contract is Formulated:

~ Agree on the Contract for the Content of the Work to be Performed

~ Sign Contract and Property Release

~ 1/2 Down, of Total Estimated Cost, Prior to Any Work Performed

~ Remaining Cost Paid Upon Receipt of the Data *

 

Real Estate –

Base Package: $100 – $150;
30  High Resolution Pictures of the Exterior. Limited Post Editing. No Music.

Intermediate Package:  $500 to $650
Up to 40 High Resolution Pictures of the Exterior. Smooth Sweeping Video of the Front of the Property and Any Other Agreed Upon Shots. Choice of Background Audio Track, Such as Smooth Jazz, Spanish Guitar, Rhythm & Blues. Post Editing as Necessary

Complete Package: $1,200 & Up
Key Shots During the ‘Golden Hour’ *  40  High Resolution Pictures of the Exterior and Smooth Sweeping Video of the  Property; Long Exposure Shot At Sunset. Includes Complete Interior Images and Video.  Choice of Background Audio Track, Post Editing as Necessary

 

Inspection –

Roof Inspections:  Flight Will Be Limited to Within 40ft Around the Perimeter of the Structure and Within the Property Boundaries

1 Story High – Standard
2 Stories High + $50
3 Stories High + $75
4 Stories High + $100

Each Separate Outbuilding Roof (garage)- Additional $75

Most Occasions  – 45 minutes – in and out

20 to 30 Still Pictures (No Video)

 

Construction –

Minimum $100 per Visit

With This Service, a Time Lapse Video can be Produced

 

Post Mobile Editing – 

Still Pictures –  Typically $100 Total

This Service Allows for a Quick Turnaround from the Time the Data was Collected, till the Time the Client has it to Work With.

Video Editing starts at $30/hr

 

Travel –

Over 50 Miles from the Home Office in Rose Hill Ks – $1 per Mile
